1) 12 week Kick Start Challenge: We will meet twice a week to work a week by week program together. This program is great for beginner looking to build strength, cardio and get back in shape in time for spring!
2) Do you need more of a challenge? If want to your burn off the holiday pounds and kick start your new year then our 6 week Insanity Challenge is for you!
